newbetech solutions GmbH was founded in 2005 in Kaarst near Düsseldorf in the Rhineland with the aim of offering professional planning and consulting, implementation, project management and maintenance services of telecommunications systems from a single source. After ten successful years, the first branch office in Berlin was added in 2015. Today, newbetech employs over 50 of its own staff and has a dense network of service partners throughout Germany, who process over 2,000 service tickets per month in Germany and ten European countries.

Due to the rapid technological developments in recent years, today's telecommunication landscape has also undergone fundamental changes. As a specialist for modern ICT and UCC systems, we advise you on all questions relating to telecommunications and work together with you to develop modern and professional solutions that meet your needs. We predominately rely on professional hardware and applications from the high-quality portfolio of Mitel, OstertagDeTeWe or Avaya.
Consulting
We accompany you from the planning of your telecommunication solution to the implementation and connection to your network environment, to regular maintenance and reliable processing of service tickets or change requests. With us, you have a competent partner at your side who meets your individual needs.
Project Management
It is our core competencies, many years of experience and sound market knowledge that we make available to you in full when planning a new communication concept. Talk to us about your experiences, wishes and suggestions and give us the opportunity to work out the best possible solution with you from our product portfolio.
Implementation
If a planning becomes an order, we support you with all our knowledge during the implementation process. From project management to the implementation of your new communication solution, the integration and control of adjacent tasks (cabling, coordination with IT department, third-party products), we accompany you all the way to the flawless system handover.
Service / Maintenance
We provide all maintenance services for your Mitel / DeTeWe / Avaya communication systems and any connected server-based applications and auxiliary products. Our more than 40 in-house system specialists and a further approx. 80 system technicians located at our partners, our service desk and our remote maintenance team in Berlin provide comprehensive services for all aspects of your communication solution.
